The Danvers Art Association will hold its annual auction on Friday night, October 13. The walls will be lined with silent auction items donated by local artists and businesses: gift certificates, jewelry, decorative items, paintings, gift baskets, and much more. Later, DAA president, John Archer will be the auctioneer for the live auction where exquisite items will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. A lavish buffet will be served to attendees.
My donation to the silent auction is a framed watercolor painting of a gazebo in a Danvers garden. It was done on location on a late summer afternoon. Danvers Gazebo, 8″ x 10″.
