The Swampscott Art Association members celebrate their Winter Show with a reception at The Gallery at Grosvenor Park in Salem on Sunday, January 7 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. The show includes paintings and photography by members in all mediums.
I have two entries in the show: Orion Sky, acrylic, 18″ x 24″, (shown) a winter view from my house looking out over Gallows Hill in Salem; and a new, fanciful painting — Buffet, acrylic, 8″ x 8″, depicting a colorful array of birds waiting their turn at a bird feeder hung from a winter tree.
Free and open to the public! The show will run for the full month of January, and is open daily.
